myNGR Upgrade


Known - The system upgrade to myNGR as per previous communications has completed.
Unfortunately we are experiencing issues for some Growers when connecting to the myNGR syste. This is being worked on as a matter of urgency

Issues with Sourcing Authentication Codes


Investigating - we're currently aware of an issue where errors are being received when attempting to source an Authentication Code when logging in. Our Product team is investigating this with urgency.
