EPR Auto Deductors are only able to deduct EPR from Grower’s grain payments if the name of the variety being sold is identifiable at the time of purchase. All EPR Autodeductors have a percentage of their grain purchases from which no EPR is deducted.
You are still required to complete the existing Harvest Declaration request even if you have nothing to declare. When completing the Harvest Declaration within myNGR, you can confirm the card has a NIL return by selecting an answer to at least one of the three questions within the variety details on the card.
If you have not recieved a Harvest Declaration requests on the correct card where the harvest information should be declared, you will need to create a new Harvest Declaration for that card and declare your harvest details.
This form provides you with information only relative to some declaration requirements. You will still need to complete a Harvest Declaration form online via myNGR. By completing your Harvest Declaration online, you will have a copy of the form which is easily accessible for future reference and will also be able to edit the form if required whilst the period is open.
All Harvest Declarations are due by 30th April 2026.
When completing a Harvest Declaration form, you must ensure the current period and relative card have been selected. Once selected, you will have the option to add varieties and complete the declaration.
When you log in to myNGR, a notification shows for each individual Royalty Manager’s request. However these have been combined into a single Harvest Declaration per card. If you select ‘complete’ within the notifications tab or eDOCS page, all requested varieties will populate within the form for you to complete.
When you log in to myNGR, under the myEDOCS side menu, you can click the + to add a new Harvest Declaration and the form will automatically bring up all of your requests.
Yes! To do this, simply select ‘save’ within the form or when you click ‘exit’ you have the option to select ‘Yes, save before exiting’.
It’s important to remember that by saving a draft, your form is not submitted and as such, the Royalty Managers do not have access to it. Please ensure you return to complete this form at your earliest convenience prior to the due date.
When you go back into Harvest Declarations in the eDOCS section of myNGR, previously saved drafts will automatically load and are ready for continuation.
If all varieties requested have been submitted online, you should not have any outstanding requests. Ensure the form completed has all requested varieties. If there are outstanding varieties, simply select ‘complete’ on the request notification.
Also confirm that the card number that is being requested in the email as this may be different to the one you have already completed
For share-farming arrangements, you are required to complete the harvest Declaration by entering the total tonnage harvested and sold under the relevant card, not just your percentage of the arrangement.
For example, if your share-farming arrangement is 50%-50% then you are required to declare the total tonnage not just 50% of the total.
For completed Harvest Declarations, you are able to edit the harvest Declaration during an open collection period (typically February to August inclusive) by selecting the Form within your completed list and selecting Edit.
If the Edit option is not visible it may be because the collection period has closed however please call 1800 556 630 if you want to confirm.
The myNGR website has a 30-minute timeout set for security.
It is recommended you have all your numbers and sales ready to go before starting to submit the HD, however NGR do offer a Save functionality which can be used by clicking Exit and then choosing Save & Exit before returning to your draft to continue.
The variety listed on the Harvest Declaration has been requested by a Royalty Manager, therefore they need to be notified what has occurred with the grain.
If you did not use the variety, you need to declare this information. To do this you will need to indicate a NIL return, to do this, simply select an answer to one of the three questions within the variety details.
The 2025 harvest period is currently the only period open for declarations. If you wish to declare for a previous season, you will need to contact each Royalty Manager directly.

When completing a NIL return, ensure to answer the appropriate questions, and if required enter zero into any field requesting numbers.
The Royalty Managers have agreed that two decimal places is sufficient.
The harvested amount must be greater than the values entered throughout the form. If you’re seeing a negative total amount, go back and check that the amounts you’ve entered are correct with decimal points as required.
You won’t be able to add another variety unless the previous variety has been completed. Ensure that all details for the already added variety have been completed in order to add another.

These sections cannot be edited as they are the calculated sum of amounts provided in each section. If there is an error in these sections, you will need to ensure the amounts entered within the form are correct.
If you have ticked the ‘I no longer have or intend to use this variety in the future?’ box, you will be unable to enter these details. If you wish to enter the details, simply untick the box for this question. You will then be required to complete all other sections within the form in order to submit the form.
In cases where you have sown the variety, but had no harvest, please tick the ‘Crop Fail’ box, and put in a variety-specific note: the crop was planted but was unable to be harvested due to flooding / fire etc
There could be a number of reasons why you’ve reached the end of the form and are unable to submit your Harvest Declaration. Be sure to check:
If any of these errors occur, you will need to go back and correct the relevant sections before you will be able to submit the form.
If the variety is not included in the list then it is not one that needs to be included within the NGR Harvest Declaration.
