Investigating - we're currently aware of an issue with uploading to the Files library in myNGR. Our Product team is investigating this with urgency.

Known - The system upgrade to myNGR as per previous communications has completed.
Unfortunately we are experiencing issues for some Growers when connecting to the myNGR syste. This is being worked on as a matter of urgency

24th of July 2024 9:00am-12:00pm AEST 

System Maintenance:  Introduced modal for online growers to notify them if their session is due to expire due to inactivity on myNGR. Apply fix to ensure Harvest Declaration forms where editing, can be submitted, if previously added a buyer into the sales details. Introduce email address validation for online growers. Introduced additional responses to the Commodity Vendor Declaration when Sellers are completing the form. These items will be available in the myNGR Sandpit Environment as of the 17th of July 2024.

10th July 2024

Release to version: 6.46.0

System Maintenance: Apply fix to ensure the Authorised User Dashboard relating to card changes number shows as intended. Apply a fix to ensure the ABN field does not appear as editable when editing an active payee as an online grower and to the Harvest Declaration form to ensure when an online grower adds and removes a variety, the form can still be submitted.  Introduce additional information on levy preferences in the myNGR to appear when an online grower is creating or editing a payee. These items were available in the myNGR Sandpit Environment as of the 3rd of July 2024.

1st July 2024

Release to version: 6.45.0

System Maintenance: Introduce the ISCC Self-Assessment field onto the Self-Sustainable Declaration completed by Growers, along with a new download file option for Authorised Users to see this field in the download file. Introduce the functionality to allow Sellers of Commodity Vendor Declaration forms to revoke the form.  These items were available in the myNGR Sandpit Environment as of the 20th of June.

29th of May 2024

Release to version: 6.44.0

System Maintenance: Apply fix to email address field to ensure the details can not have space at the end of it. Applied version upgrades to packages within the myNGR system to ensure any vulnerabilities are resolved.  These items were available in the myNGR sandpit environment as of the 22nd of May.

Release to version: 6.43.0

System Maintenance: Apply fix to allow growers to access Harvest Declaration & Sustainability Declaration forms when the associated card is deregistered, to allow organisations to see listing & delisting actions within their history and ensure when selecting drop down fields throughout the myNGR application it does not auto-select the top option. Apply improvements to allow internal staff to deregister a pending card on the growers behalf. These items were available in the myNGR sandpit environment as of the 24th of April.

23rd of April 2024

Release to version: 6.42.0

System Maintenance: Apply fix to ensure the myNGR header remains on the page when navigating the application. Apply wording changes to clearly outline the API credentials for Authorised Users and when growers are deregistering cards to clearly indicate with an eDOC is required to be completed or if it is not applicable. These items were available in the myNGR sandpit environment as of the 10th of April.

3rd of April 2024

Release to version: 6.41.0

System Maintenance: Removal of the Ronald McDonald House Charity levy from existing payees and remove the option for this levy to be indicated. Adjust specific existing field names throughout the myNGR application on the front end, to ensure they align on all pages. Upgrade certain existing front end and backend packages utilised in the myNGR system. Implement fix to Harvest Declaration forms, and allow internal staff to assist with account recovery for online growers. These items were available in the myNGR system as of the 27th of March.

21st of March 2024

System Maintenance: ABN Lookup. This relates to the free public view of the Australian Business Register (ABR). It provides access to publicly available information supplied by businesses when they register for an Australian Business Number (ABN). It is anticipated the availability of services may be impacted during the maintenance window During this window you may not be able to retrieve ABN details. 

20th of March 2024

Release to version 6.40.0

System Maintenance: Apply fix to ensure daily notifications are issued to Authorised User who are enabled and to allow internal staff to reset their password securely. Improve formatting of Payees on screen for all online users to allow for easy copying of the details and allow internal staff to search for CBH numbers within the system. Apply improvement to ensure online users utilising mobile devices can easily access the NGR contact details whilst logged into the application. Introduced additional feature to ensure online users are reading through NGR’s terms and conditions before utilising the application. These items were available in the myNGR system as of the 14th of March 2024.

5th of March 2024

Release to version 6.39.0

System Maintenance: Apply improvements for online users to ensure when they update their mobile phone number, they are sent a 2FA code to their new phone to confirm it has been entered correctly. Applied fix to ensure internal staff accounts are able to be reactivated, Subscription Organisations  now have access to API download files and requested varieties on Harvest Declaration forms are unable to be removed once requested by Royalty Managers .  These items were available in the myNGR system as of the 29th of February 2024

20th of February 2024

Release to version 6.38.0

System Maintenance: Apply improvements to the current Commodity Vendor Declaration form relating to Haloxyfop and Glyphosate, and introduce additional security when online users update their email address which includes sending a confirmation email to thew new and old email address. Applied fixes to all online users’ notifications tab to display the count of new notifications correctly and ensure when growers are declaring sales when completing the Harvest Declaration form, they are unable to be submit unless the Sales details section is fully complete. These items were available in the myNGR system as of the 14th of February 2024

System Maintenance: SMS provider Go-Fax. It is anticipated the availability of services may be impacted during the maintenance window of 60 minutes. During this window you may not receive SMS’s from the myNGR system.

System Maintenance: Introduce additional security measures for excessive attempts for online users logging into the myNGR system including email communication to impacted users and internal staff. Introduce additional questions for online growers when deregistering a NGR card. Apply fix to ensure only primary users can make changes to the primary user on an active payee. These items were available in the myNGR system as of the 22nd of November.

System Maintenance: Introduce improvements for the 2023 season Harvest Declaration forms which will be available as of the 1st of February 2024. Introduce an additional question within the Commodity Vendor Declaration form. Apply fix to growers associated with sharefarming cards to ensure they can only register a GRN once. Introduce These items were available in the myNGR system as of the 8th of November.

1st November 2023

System Maintenance: Apply fixes to allow online growers to edit their Sustainability Declaration form for this season, remove the Levy Preference section for contact organisations when viewing PDF’s where they are not associated with a Levy and ensure the CMO field appears on screen when buyers are viewing completed Commodity Vendor Declarations. Apply wording changes to existing Commodity Vendor Declaration decline reasons as well as add additional wording into the associated email sent to growers to provide clear instructions on next steps.  These items were available in the myNGR system as of the 25th of October

System Maintenance: Apply fixes to minor bugs within the myNGR system relating to the creation of a username for existing offline growers coming online & the email communications issued during this process. Apply fix to allow internal staff to assist growers with registering cards. These items were available in the myNGR system as of the 11th of October.

System Maintenance: Introduce the ability for organisations who have access to NGR’s Commodity Vendor Declaration eDOC to review, approve and decline submitted forms. Apply fix to allow receivers of Commodity Vendor Declaration forms to view and download them. Improve the Two Factor Authentication modal relating to the ‘resend code’ functionality. Apply improvements for internal staff to assist users when phoning into the Service Centre for assistance. These items are now available in the myNGR Sandpit environment as of the 30th of September

System Maintenance: SMS provider Go-Fax. It is anticipated the availability of services to be impacted for no more than 5 minutes, however the maintenance window may be up to 30 minutes across systems.

System Maintenance: Introduce the ability for users to ‘trust device’ when utilising Two Factor Authentication code. Apply fix to ensure only primary users can make changes to the primary user on an active payee. Apply fix to allow the internal customer care team to assist offline growers to accept invitations to join a payee. These items are now available in myNGR Sandpit environment as of 30th of August.
