Unfortunately we are experiencing issues for some Growers when connecting to the myNGR syste. This is being worked on as a matter of urgency
System Maintenance: Introduce created date on when viewing completed form on screen and downloading a PDF for the new version of the 2024 Harvest Declaration form. Integrate with password service to notify online users when they are setting a new password if that password has been exposed and add recommendation for them to use a different password. These items will be available in the myNGR Sandpit Environment as of the 6th of November 2024.
System Maintenance: Introduce functionality to allow applicable Authorised Users to access past Sustainability Self-Declaration forms completed and Growers to complete a Sustainability Declaration for a past season (up to three years). Applied improvement to NGR’s password policy within myNGR for online users. Introduced functionality to allow an inactive Authorised User to be reinvited onto an organisation and set up without assistance from NGR Customer Care Team. Updated Chemicals within the Database that are linked to the Commodity Vendor Declaration form. Applied fixes to ensure new Authorised Users created must have a valid mobile number, growers dashboard page loads with sharefarming GRN has a blank CBH (where farmgate address is in WA), ensure communications are stored against the correct user where in a sharefarming arrangement and ensure any changes made to levies associated with a payee triggers a change in the all_grns download file for payment organisations. These items were available in the myNGR Sandpit Environment as of the 24th of October 2024.
System Maintenance: Introduce functionality to allow growers to update primary payee on their registered cards. Applied fix to ensure Authorised Users who have CVD notifications enabled, receive the correct number of notifications in their daily email. Applied change to CVD form to ensure where certain option is indicated, harvested date field is mandatory and / or cannot be in the future. These items were available in the myNGR Sandpit Environment as of the 25th of September 2024.
System Maintenance: Introduce functionality force online users to reset their password were deemed appropriate, including displaying the last password reset date to online users. Introduce functionality that automatically adjust listings & users for organisations that are lapsed and deactivated in the myNGR System. These items were available in the myNGR Sandpit Environment as of the 17th of September 2024.
System Maintenance: Complete upgrade of myNGR from .NET 6 to .NET 8. Upgrade react-PDF package utilised within the myNGR System. Apply fix to ensure receiver details populate within CVD requests when they are sent to sellers to complete. Introduce functionality to allow organisation to manage their Quality Assurance (QA) programs and introduce new Levy Preference into the myNGR system – Victorian Grains Industry Advocacy Fund (VGIAF). Re-releasing items in version 6.48 with the relevant fix to ensure all_grns file is not impacted. The items in this release include: completed upgrade of GraphQL package & removed Newtonsoft.JSON package within the myNGR system. Applied fix to allow internal team members to view completed CVDs. Updated Terms & Conditions modal to remove spelling mistake in modal. These items were available in the myNGR Sandpit Environment as of the 20th of August 2024.
System Maintenance: Apply additional security to the myNGR Infrastructure. These items were available in the myNGR Sandpit Environment as of the 18th of July 2024.
Reason: Due to bug identified in 6.48.0 version relating to the listing_date in the all_grns file, the decision has been made to rollback to recent version where the issue was not applicable.

Applied fix to ensure Harvest Declaration forms where editing, can be submitted, if the original form included a manual buyer into the sales details. Introduce email address validation for online growers. Introduced additional responses to the Commodity Vendor Declaration when Sellers are completing the form. These items were available in the myNGR Sandpit Environment as of the 18th of July 2024.
System Maintenance: Apply fix to ensure the Authorised User Dashboard relating to card changes number shows as intended. Apply a fix to ensure the ABN field does not appear as editable when editing an active payee as an online grower and to the Harvest Declaration form to ensure when an online grower adds and removes a variety, the form can still be submitted. Introduce additional information on levy preferences in the myNGR to appear when an online grower is creating or editing a payee. These items were available in the myNGR Sandpit Environment as of the 3rd of July 2024.
System Maintenance: Introduce the ISCC Self-Assessment field onto the Self-Sustainable Declaration completed by Growers, along with a new download file option for Authorised Users to see this field in the download file. Introduce the functionality to allow Sellers of Commodity Vendor Declaration forms to revoke the form. These items were available in the myNGR Sandpit Environment as of the 20th of June.
System Maintenance: Apply fix to email address field to ensure the details can not have space at the end of it. Applied version upgrades to packages within the myNGR system to ensure any vulnerabilities are resolved. These items were available in the myNGR sandpit environment as of the 22nd of May.
System Maintenance: Apply fix to allow growers to access Harvest Declaration & Sustainability Declaration forms when the associated card is deregistered, to allow organisations to see listing & delisting actions within their history and ensure when selecting drop down fields throughout the myNGR application it does not auto-select the top option. Apply improvements to allow internal staff to deregister a pending card on the growers behalf. These items were available in the myNGR sandpit environment as of the 24th of April.
System Maintenance: Apply fix to ensure the myNGR header remains on the page when navigating the application. Apply wording changes to clearly outline the API credentials for Authorised Users and when growers are deregistering cards to clearly indicate with an eDOC is required to be completed or if it is not applicable. These items were available in the myNGR sandpit environment as of the 10th of April.
System Maintenance: Removal of the Ronald McDonald House Charity levy from existing payees and remove the option for this levy to be indicated. Adjust specific existing field names throughout the myNGR application on the front end, to ensure they align on all pages. Upgrade certain existing front end and backend packages utilised in the myNGR system. Implement fix to Harvest Declaration forms, and allow internal staff to assist with account recovery for online growers. These items were available in the myNGR system as of the 27th of March.
System Maintenance: ABN Lookup. This relates to the free public view of the Australian Business Register (ABR). It provides access to publicly available information supplied by businesses when they register for an Australian Business Number (ABN). It is anticipated the availability of services may be impacted during the maintenance window During this window you may not be able to retrieve ABN details.

System Maintenance: Apply fix to ensure daily notifications are issued to Authorised User who are enabled and to allow internal staff to reset their password securely. Improve formatting of Payees on screen for all online users to allow for easy copying of the details and allow internal staff to search for CBH numbers within the system. Apply improvement to ensure online users utilising mobile devices can easily access the NGR contact details whilst logged into the application. Introduced additional feature to ensure online users are reading through NGR’s terms and conditions before utilising the application. Applied fix to ensure internal staff accounts are able to be reactivated, Subscription Organisations now have access to API download files and requested varieties on Harvest Declaration forms are unable to be removed once requested by Royalty Managers .
